Strathclyde Business School Department of Management Teamplayer Scholarships 2008
SBS is offering a number of partial scholarships available to self-funding candidates from the UK, EU or any other country, and from any background, about to undertake study on our Part-time MBA, Flexible Learning MBA, BITS and MBM programmes.
The following scholarships are available:
MBA Part-time:
- 1 scholarship of £3000
MBA Flexible Learning:
- 2 scholarships of £2000 (1 for October 2008 intake and 1 for April 2009 intake)
BITS Full-time:
- 5 scholarships of £1000 (subject to approval)
MBM Full-time:
- 1 scholarship of £2000
Consideration for these scholarships will be based on individual merit, including academic achievements, career accomplishment, progression and future goals and financial need. There is no specific application process for these awards - your application will automatically be considered when your application is fully complete, the admissions process has been completed and you have been offered an Unconditional place.

The closing date for consideration for the BITS and MBM awards is 31 July 2008 and 12 September for the Part-time and Flexible MBA awards. Please note that we are unable to consider candidates who do not hold an offer of a place on any of the above programmes.
The successful candidates for the BITS and MBM awards will be notified by mid-August 2008 and the amount will be deducted from their tuition fee. Successful candidates for the MBA Part-time and Flexible awards will be notified by the end of September 2008. The total award will be automatically deducted from their tuition fees, thereby reducing the annual tuition fee by £1000 in year 1 and a further £1000 in year 2 for the Flexible MBA awards and £1000 in years 1, 2 and 3 for the Part-Time award.
