Effective managers need to be versatile, adaptable and keep up with the latest business practice, but they also need to keep up with their busy work schedules.

For many managers, the demands of work and life leave little time to consider formal study, such as an MBA, or self paced management development.

In response to this dilemma, the University of Strathclyde Graduate School of Business has developed the Advanced Management Programme: a practical, structured and cost effective solution that aims to benefit both the manager and the organisation.

It is delivered in one and two day modules to minimise the time spent away from work and with the associated emphasis on "work based activities", it actively supports the manager in transferring the learning to the work-place, benefiting both the manager and the organisation.
