Our specifically tailored programmes embody this belief in partnerships. In creating the right programme, we follow four key guidelines:
DiagnosingWe create a set of key programme objectives by identifying who needs to be developed and why. Our clients are more often than not aware of their own requirements and this stage is likely to be brief.
DevelopingIn close co-operation with you, we will ensure our strengths match your management development needs. Typically this will involve agreement on the programme content and how it can best be delivered to ensure stimulating, interactive sessions.
DeliveringWhere and how a programme is delivered is an important consideration. Programme timetables can be drawn up to include a residential element or they might encompass a number of evening sessions throughout the year but, regardless of how the programme is delivered, participants can be assured it will be challenging.
EvaluatingWe expect the programme to meet your expectations and deliver tangible results. As at every stage, we will work closely with you, agreeing suitable programme evaluation methods so the benefits to your organisation can be effectively measured. Our own experience has shown that the more a client gets involved in the development stage, the more valuable and long-lasting the results.
