Module 3: Management, Strategy and the International Environment

Developing as a manager in modern, complex organisations - practice and theory for managing continuity and strategic change.

The third module, Management, Strategy and the International Environment develops your ability to work as a manager in a modern organisation through integrating a wide range of tools, techniques and theories relevant both to daytoday management and strategic change.

We provide you with frameworks which you will practice and apply as part of your study. Consequently, there are practical and theoretical elements to this module.

The final stage will give you the opportunity to apply and test your learning. During ‘Strategic Issue Exploration’ you will act as a consultant and be actively involved in the evaluation and analysis of a real life case study with an appointed corporate client. From your analysis, you will prepare a set of findings to present to your client, the outcome of which may be implemented by the organisation.
