Zaleha is working towards a PhD of Management under the supervision of Professor John Sillince and Dr Barbara Simpson. She is currently conducting an inductive, qualitative research on understanding and exploring the dynamic process of small groups’ development within R&D organizations in Malaysia. The research is also trying to understand how small groups progress throughout the duration of the study and to explore the link between social relationships and small group development. In terms of the research methods, recorded face-to-face interviews and weekly telephone interviews as well as qualitative analysis are being applied.
